Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness was the force behind Team Philly Race Training, a one of a kind training program for the Broad Street Run and the Philadelphia full and half Marathon. Team Philly is a great collaboration between three ideal Philadelphia companies (Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness, Fusion Cross-Training and Philadelphia Runner) and endorsed by the City of Philadelphia. The training program is designed to create a community of Philadelphia athletes of all levels and become a healthier city as a whole. As a Team Philly leader, Excel was on hand to give injury prevention tips, stretches and exercises as well as assess and treat any injury.
