KATE LEONARD JOINS MAVEN COMMUNICATIONS AS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Philadelphia, PA – November 28, 2011 – Maven Communications, a Philadelphia based strategic public relations and communications agency, has hired Kate Leonard as account executive to the firm. In her new role, she will be responsible for managing a variety of Maven’s professional services and real estate accounts, along with helping Maven identify new business and expansion opportunities for the firm.

Prior to joining Maven Communications, Kate worked as an account executive in the New York corporate and financial practice at Edelman, a leading private global public relations firm. While at Edelman, she focused on top tier and local media relations, content development, executive positioning, and brand messaging for clients including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Stroz Friedberg, MeadWestvaco, and private equity and hedge funds.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications focusing on Corporate Public Relations from Drexel University.
