Ellis Hilton Garden Inn Celebrates Grand Opening

Equus Capital Partners, Ltd., one of the nation’s leading private equity fund managers, and the Mullen Family celebrated the completion of Ellis Hilton Garden Inn in a ribbon cutting ceremony held on November 14. The 138 room hotel features top notch amenities including a restaurant and bar, four large banquet and meeting rooms and outdoor lounge area with a fire pit. The Ellis Hilton Garden Inn will officially open to the public on November 22, 2017.

The hotel is the latest offering from Equus Capital Partners at Ellis Preserve, a 218 acre master planned mixed use community featuring 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space, 420,000 square feet of retail anchored by Whole Foods, 142 townhomes and 252 apartments.

Located at Routes 3 and 252, is a unique community where consumers, employees, and residents can enjoy convenient access to the region’s top employers, top notch retail, fitness center and restaurants. The office portion is currently 100% leased with more than 35 tenants including Sunoco Inc., Graham Co., PetPlan and Main Line Health. Construction is currently underway for a 252 unit mid-rise multi-family community to be known as Madison at Ellis Preserve, and 66 for-sale townhomes. In addition, Toll Brothers will develop 76 carriage-style townhomes. The site adjoins the 100 acre, 650,000 square foot North American headquarters of SAP America, Inc.
