As Director of Operations, Amy oversees the internal operations of Maven Communications to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. A large part of Amy’s day involves the development and implementation of operational processes, procedures, and tools that underpin the organization and enhance team performance.
With over 25 years of experience in project, program, sales, and operations management, Amy’s sweet spot is building robust operational functions that support highly complex organizations. She has a proven track record of significantly improving team productivity, eliminating budget overruns, and generating substantial cost savings. Amy’s unique blend of business acumen, financial expertise and managing global teams has been instrumental in achieving business objectives and fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
Amy serves as the treasurer for several youth wrestling clubs in Radnor Township, supports families helped by the Delaware County Victim Assistance Center, and is a Eucharistic minister at her church.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics with a Finance major from Lehigh University.
