CCRES to Move Headquarters to Hankin Group’s Eagleview in Exton, PA

Hankin Group, a vertically integrated real estate company, announced that CCRES, a nonprofit human resources organization, signed a full-floor lease for 15,001 square feet at 690 Stockton Drive. The new Eagleview headquarters will support CCRES’s continued growth as the organization expands vital services for children and adults with special needs across the region.

CCRES is a nonprofit human resources organization that provides specialized staffing solutions to school districts, intermediate units, and behavioral health programs. Through a collaborative approach, CCRES supports organizations serving children and adults with autism, behavioral health challenges, mental illness, and intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. CCRES provides services across Chester, Berks, Bucks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, Perry, and Philadelphia counties, as well as the Wilmington, DE area.

“We are proud to welcome CCRES to Eagleview and provide a workspace that supports their important mission,” said Sam Sherrill, Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing, Hankin Group. “CCRES’s work positively impacts countless families throughout the region, and we’re honored to provide a setting that fosters collaboration and growth. The office’s tranquil, wooded environment and proximity to Eagleview Town Center’s amenities create an ideal workplace for their dedicated team.”

“Eagleview will be a true game‑changer for CCRES. As we embark on a refreshed organizational journey and expand our geographical footprint across the Commonwealth, this new space gives our team the capacity to collaborate more effectively, grow our team, and most importantly, strengthen the support we provide to our community and educational partnerships,” said Matt Przywara, Executive Director, CCRES.

690 Stockton Drive is a 45,000 square-foot, class A office building located within Eagleview, Hankin Group’s award-winning, 800-acre mixed-use community in Chester County, PA. The master planned community boasts over 1,500 residences, 2.5 million square feet of distinctive commercial office, flex, and lab space, 116,000 square feet of prime retail space, and two 3-star hotels. Eagleview’s thoughtfully designed system of sidewalks, jogging paths, and greenways create a unique experience that seamlessly integrates the residential, commercial, and retail aspects of the community.

The addition of CCRES marks an exciting period of growth for the Eagleview community. In December, Hankin Group also announced the addition of  CADY Studios, the largest high school and senior photography company in the United States, at 411 Eagleview Boulevard.

CCRES was represented by John Morrissey, SIOR of Jackson Cross Partners. Hankin Group was represented internally by Sam Sherrill, Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing.
