PPR Capital Management Welcomes Simon Censor as Investor Data Analyst

Wayne, PA — PPR Capital Management (PPR), a private equity real estate investment firm, has appointed Simon Censor as Investor Data Analyst. In this strategic role, Censor will focus on leveraging data to maximize the value of the firm’s investor insights, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance investor engagement. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Chelsea DeLuca, Censor brings extensive experience in data analysis, quality control, and strategic implementation.

In his new position, Censor will initially analyze marketing and investor data across multiple channels to identify trends and opportunities, develop target customer segments, and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders. He will support capital-raising efforts by ensuring investor outreach and messaging strategies align with data-driven insights, while also managing data integrity firmwide across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Prior to joining PPR, Censor served as Data Operations Lead at Windfall, where he implemented a data quality control program that improved customer retention and led a team that achieved a 300% improvement on key data error identification metrics. Previously, he worked as a Prospect Research Analyst at Rutgers University Foundation and Villanova University, developing donor segmentation models and engagement strategies.
