Raymond Capella Named to Aging Media’s Future Leaders Class of 2021

Enclara Pharmacia, the market leader in comprehensive pharmacy management services for the hospice community, is pleased to announce Raymond Capella, vice president of clinical services, has been recognized by Aging Media as a 2021 hospice and palliative care future leader. The award celebrates dynamic leaders, ages 40 and under, who are laying the foundation for a bright future in care delivery and aging.

As part of the Class of 2021, Capella was honored in the “Hospice & Palliative Care” category. He joins six other individuals who are leading organizations through unprecedented change and redefining the standard of hospice care.

Raymond Capella Named to Aging Media’s Future Leaders Class of 2021

Raymond Capella leads clinical services at Enclara Pharmacia, an area which includes the pharmacist-driven strategic support provided to each of Enclara’s hospice clients. He is also responsible for client data analytics, chronic illness management and other initiatives. Capella has spent his entire career as a pharmacist at Enclara and its predecessor company, ExcelleRx, quickly rising to senior leadership on a track record of innovation and process improvement.

Raymond holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and MBA from Temple University, including Six Sigma Green Belt. He is based in the Philadelphia area.
