Projects in the real estate development world can be slow moving, making it a challenge to keep a development company top of mind when there is little to no news to report for long stretches of time. Maven was engaged to keep a healthcare real estate development firm and its leadership team in front of target audiences, even when there were no active projects to promote.
To keep Anchor top of mind, Maven developed a thought leadership campaign for the firm’s Chairman and Executive Vice President. Content was created based on trends in healthcare design and was disseminated via LinkedIn Publisher, a custom designed email newsletter, and speaking engagements targeted to specific audiences.
The first four Publisher articles were viewed over 500 times in a two month period and the Chairman and Executive Vice President received numerous inbound messages from former clients and third party connections to learn more about their services. In addition, the Publisher posts were used as content to pitch media, which resulted in several articles written about the company and its projects in target industry publications. In addition, based on the relevant content, she was invited to speak on a number of healthcare and real estate industry panels.
