Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Acquires Fox & Roach
When Warren Buffett invests, people listen. So when Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the largest home services company in the world, announced it would acquire Prudential Fox & Roach, the largest single market realtor in the United States, the new brand rollout had to be just right. Maven was tasked with handling rebranding communications to more than 4,500 agents and thousands of regional and national consumers.

Maven executives have been working with Fox & Roach for more than ten years, so we knew the key to a successful rollout would be engaging the agents. As the brand’s first line of contact with consumers, the agents would be our de facto brand ambassadors 365 days a year. The rollout kicked off with an announcement and celebration with more than 2,500 agents at the Philadelphia Convention Center, followed by more than 65 individual office events and ribbon cuttings.
Maven secured more than 50 media placements with feature stories in every major media market in the Fox & Roach footprint, along with national trade publications. Agents loved the buzz: Facebook and Twitter engagement surged over 150% in three weeks of the launch—all without the use of paid marketing.
